Summary:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social sciences, particularly economics, and their application in budgetary analysis.
- Proficient in financial management principles, methods, and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in budgeting and financial management.
- Professional certification, such as Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Budget and Evaluation Officer (CBEO), or similar, is preferred.
